Returns and Refunds

At Whrixxengrxapiu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of handmade greeting cards and custom printing services. Please review our return policy below.

Standard Products

If you are not satisfied with a standard greeting card purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom printing services, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues:

• If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will replace the item at no charge
• If you discover an error in the proof after approval, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion
• If you need to cancel a custom order, contact us immediately. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on production status

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
4. Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different design or size, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt, and the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom orders that have been approved and produced
• Items that have been personalized with specific names, dates, or messages
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Digital products or services
